Inspired by:
Pope Francis visited the island of Lampedusa on July 8, 2013. Lampedusa is the southernmost point of the European Union and has become the point of entry into the EU for tens of thousands of migrants and asylum seekers. Rabbit Beach, which is on the south of the island, was voted the world's best beach in 2013.
